Paulina Gavilanez joins us with 16 years of experience in Management and Operations in the Medical field. If there’s anything you need help with or have any questions, she’s the person to go to. She believes that the people you work with are your second family and is bringing that type of leadership to her new home here, at Access Institute. In her personal time, Paulina enjoys quality time with her family and friends, snowboarding, hiking with her pup Mojo, and is secretly a chef creating new recipes at home.
