We work to ensure that your individual therapy is tailored to your needs. Depending on your situation, your treatment may be brief (fewer than 20 sessions) or longer-term. If medication is an appropriate addition to your therapy, consultation with our staff psychiatrist can be arranged. In addition, therapy can be coordinated with our case management services. We provide therapy services for children, teens, adults, and seniors.

We work with couples who find themselves stuck in a revolving argument; are uncertain about whether their relationship is working; who want to figure out what their relationship needs are and how to express them and get them met. Couples in treatment can also be referred for psychiatry and case management services, if needed.

Services for Children and Families
Access Institute offers clinical services for children and adolescents to help them through difficult times. We work with our clients and their families to learn how to talk about problems, and find new ways to deal with them. We offer individual play therapy to provide a safe space for young children to express their thoughts and feelings. For teens and young adults, who are more able to express themselves with words, talk therapy is available. We recognize that caring for someone during hard times carries its own struggles and we also offer family therapy and parenting counseling to help the family as a whole. Not every family has the same needs. Our therapists understand the importance of recognizing and working with diverse cultures and groups, and are responsive to the specific needs of each family.
